Work package 1: Management and Coordination of the Action

This Work Package aims to ensure the timely and sound administrative and financial management of the AccessIN project.

This includes the legal and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with the Grant Agreement, and facilitating administrative and financial reporting. Furthermore, the actions of this WP include the creation of the project’s Advisory Board and as well as the development of the project’s Consortium Agreement between the partners and its Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).

In addition, and to ensure that the project meets the expected standards in terms of quality of outputs and deliverables, this WP will set up the Communication and Dissemination Committee. The latter will not only represent AccessIN to policy, media (new and traditional) and broader audiences in line with the Communication and Dissemination Strategy of the AcessIN project, but it will also review all documents produced by the project to ensure that they adhere to formats and surpass the standards expected by the targeted audiences.
