Work package 5: Strengthening the Role of CSOs in Fostering Migrants’ Access to Basic Services

This WP will focus on the role of civil society organisations (CSOs) in migrants’ access to basic services across the five areas covered in this action (employment, healthcare, housing, education, social assistance) in the four countries targeted.

It is assumed that CSOs play a crucial role in shaping the forms of access of TCNs to basic services. It is therefore essential to know more about their roles, activities, and relation with the different non-EU migrant communities, as well as with local or national service providers.

This WP will develop different tools and activities aiming to foster CSOs’ capacity to undertake their tasks more effectively. It will also provide a forum for networking and information exchange between CSOs, both nationally and transnationally.
