Since December 2001 head of Humanitarian Consultation Hours

Twice a week (Monday and Thursday) we provide basic healthcare and medication to people without health insurance, i.g. Germans, Europeans and irregular migrants.

In connection with this work I specialised on female genital mutilation and took part in several projects to end FGM

2017 -2019 participant in the C-MISE Network, COMPAS University of Oxford

Research on city responses to irregular migrants. Partners were besides Frankfurt: Athens, Barcelona, Ghent, Gothenburg, Lisbon, Oslo, Stockholm, Utrecht (Chair).
