Jutta O. Lechner is currently studying political science and sociology at the Philipps University of Marburg. She studied Southeast Asian Studies and Comparative Law at the Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn and U.S. Law at the University of Cologne. During the union Ver.di 2022 campaign in North Rhine-Westphalia for more staff and better working conditions, she conducted empirical interviews with German and Filipino nurses at the University Hospital in Bonn and developed a "Study Buddy" program with the Filipinos for their better integration.
